1. OverviewSpoiler-Free Sports is a mobile application that helps users watch sports highlights without spoilers. The App embeds public content from YouTube and allows optional Google Sign-In so users can view content using their own Google account.Spoiler-Free Sports does not store personal data, run a backend server, or maintain user accounts.
2. EligibilityYou must be:• At least 13 years old• Legally able to use the App in your jurisdiction• Using the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
3. Use of the AppYou agree to use Spoiler-Free Sports only for lawful purposes. You may not:• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the App• Use the App to violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Google policies• Use automated bots or scrapers• Upload or distribute malicious software• Attempt to access data not intended for youSpoiler-Free Sports may suspend or block access to users who violate these terms.

YouTube API Services & Google Sign-InSpoiler-Free Sports uses:• YouTube API Services• Google Sign-In / OAuthBy using the App, you also agree to:• YouTube Terms of Service:• Google Privacy Policy:• Google API Services User Data Policy:We do not store or permanently retain any Google account information or YouTube data. OAuth tokens are handled securely through Google's SDK.You may revoke access at any time:
5. Embedded YouTube ContentAll videos, thumbnails, metadata, and playback are provided directly by YouTube. Spoiler-Free Sports does not:• Host videos• Modify YouTube content• Make claims of ownership over any embedded videosCopyright for all content belongs to the respective owners.
6. Intellectual PropertySpoiler-Free Sports, including its design, logo, branding, and features, is owned by the developer of Spoiler-Free Sports.You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the App without written permission.
7. No WarrantiesSpoiler-Free Sports is provided "as is" and "as available."We provide no guarantees that:• The App will remain available• The App will be free of errors or bugs• Video content will always be accessible• Spoiler-free features will work perfectly at all timesThe App may be updated, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent allowed by law:• Spoiler-Free Sports is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from use of the App• You use the App at your own risk• No warranties, implied or explicit, are providedThis includes but is not limited to:loss of data, device issues, missed games, incorrect spoiler filtering, or inability to access YouTube content.
9. Third-Party ServicesSpoiler-Free Sports relies on third-party services, including:• YouTube• Google OAuth• YouTube API Services• (Future) Analytics providers like FirebaseWe are not responsible for any downtime, errors, or policy changes from these external providers.
10. Updates & ChangesWe may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date.Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. TerminationYou may stop using Spoiler-Free Sports at any time by uninstalling the App or revoking Google Sign-In permissions.We may terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the App.
12. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, or your local jurisdiction if required by law.
